Join the Wood County District Public Library for virtual Coffee Talk Book Discussions of four books over the winter months.
The first discussion will be Thursday, Jan. 21 at 11 a.m. via Google Meet over the riveting and heartfelt novel, “The Big Door Prize” by M.O. Walsh.
“The Big Door Prize” is a novel about a mysterious machine that upends a small Louisiana town, asking
us all to wonder if who we truly are is who we truly could be.
Other Coffee Talk Book Discussions will be:
- “Evvie Drake Starts Over” by Linda Holmes Thursday, Feb. 18 at 11 a.m.
- “Nothing to See Here” by Kevin Wilson, Thursday, March 18 at 11 a.m.
- “The Vanishing Half” by Brit Bennett, Thursday, April 15 at 11 a.m.
