Wood County reported 18 new COVID cases, no new hospitalizations and no new deaths from COVID since Thursday.
The county is now up to 13,215 confirmed and probable cases from COVID-19 since last March, according to the Monday, May 24, update from the Wood County Health Department.
The county is down to 79.5 COVID cases per 100,000 residents.
The county has recorded a total of 221 deaths and 654 local residents being hospitalized due to COVID since March of 2020.
