On May 4, the Bowling Green Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Division will be replacing a fire hydrant at the southeast corner of the intersection of West Poe Road and Darlyn Drive to the east. As a result, the intersection of West Poe and Darlyn Drive will be closed south of the intersection, and eastbound traffic on Poe Road will be shifted into the center turn lane around the work zone.
This work is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. and last until early afternoon, depending on weather and progress of work.
