Bowling Green Parks and Recreation rocks.
I can’t imagine raising my family here without the many parks my three kids played in, the pool they swam in, and for many summers worked at, in addition to all the events and programs they participated in and learned from.
Today, I am benefitting from the year-round, easy access to nature and its healing qualities that our parks provide as well as engaging social gatherings in and outdoors. I love to lap swim outdoors and this summer reacquainted myself with the pool’s diving board. That high dive though is really special. Maybe next year, I will go for it, but I sure enjoy hearing our kids in our community proudly boast of overcoming their fear. Bowling Green Parks and Recreation provides plentiful opportunities to play, grow, and learn. I keep promising myself that I will give pickleball a try. Let’s keep Bowling Green happy and healthy.
