BG police charge man with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief

Bowling Green Police Division responded to complaints about a man tampering with parked vehicles in the Buffalo Wild Wings lot Thursday at 9:40 p.m.

Police charged Shane Hasketh, 26, of Bowling Green, with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and criminal mischief.

According to Chief Tony Hetrick, BW3 had stopped serving Hasketh more alcohol and asked him to leave the business. Once outside, Hasketh reportedly tried to enter several cars.

Hetrick said when bystanders tried to stop Hasketh, he yelled profanity at them, including the “N” word.

Hasketh then reportedly grabbed a large potted plant at a neighboring hotel and tried to throw it. But he was only able to move it a bit, Hetrick said.

Police charged Hasketh, who was taken home by a sober friend.
