From THE BGOPRIDE ASSOCIATION
The BGOPride Association will host a clothing swap on Saturday, March 14, from 2 – 4 p.m., at First Presbyterian Church, 126 S. Church St., Bowling Green, in the basement Fellowship Hall. Entry will be a $1 donation, and all proceeds will benefit BGOPride.
Clothing, shoes, and accessories for any age, gender, or size are welcome to be donated on the day of the event. The organization will not be accepting items to be dropped off early. BGOPride will have a drop-off table that Saturday, and each item will be organized based on size and type of item.
There will be light refreshments, music, and some coloring books for families interested in attending. There is an accessible entrance in the back of the church as well as elevator access.
Any items left behind will be donated to the First Presbyterian Deacon’s Shop, a free store open to the community every Thursday from 9:30 – 11 a.m. and the fourth Saturday of every month at the same time.
