Dale F. Furbee, 88, of Weston, Ohio passed away August 9, 2024. He was born September 5, 1935 in Newark, Ohio to the late Claude and Lela (Woolard) Furbee.
Dale worked in maintenance at BGSU. He was a motorcycle enthusiast his entire life. He loved his dogs and enjoyed spending time working in his yard and caring for his home. He was a skilled woodworker and could build anything.
He is survived by his companion of 37 years, Sharon Biggins of Weston, Ohio, daughters Theresa (Ed) Jones of Bakersfield, California and Jami Mallory of Lima, Ohio, step-daughters Amy (Callie) McLoughlin of Ann Arbor, Michigan and Kathryn (Shorty) Peavy of Indian Head, Maryland, grandchildren Kristie Eiseman, Sarah (Keith) Rowe and Andrew Mallory, step-grandchild Don Peavy, great-grandchildren Kennedy Joslin, Nevaeh Rowe, Tyler Rowe, Jayleigh Mallory, Abbygail Mineweezer, Kayla Mallory and Isaiah Krieg and step-great-grandchild Max Peavy.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, brother Robert Furbee and grandchildren Ryan Mallory and Joseph Mallory.
Services for Dale will be private. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
