Jeffery E. Richards, 63, of Weston, OH, died July 12, 2016 at his home. He was born February 19, 1953 in Toledo, OH.
Jeff was a 1971 graduate of Otsego High School. He worked as a mechanic. He could fix just about anything mechanical and was known to build and drive some fine automobiles. He enjoyed people, traveling, gardening, and his animals. Later in life, Jeff trusted Christ. So he died with the biblical expectation of being absent from the body, but present with the Lord (2 Cor 5:8; Phil 1:23). If friends want to call, that’s where Jeff will be.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Joan Potter of Kennesaw, GA, sister, Kay (Glenn) Harshman of Acworth, GA and brother, Robert (Brenda) Richards of Dundee, MI. Also surviving is his father Don Richards of Delta, OH. Jeff was preceded in death by his brother Gary and step-father, James Potter.
