Nifty Thrifty Market accepts vendor applications

From MAUMEE SENIOR CENTER

Local makers, small businesses, and creative and vintage entrepreneurs are invited to apply for vendor space at the upcoming Nifty Thrifty Market, a community shopping event celebrating sustainability, creativity, and unique finds. The market will take place on Saturday, June 27, at the Maumee Senior Center, 2430 S. Detroit Ave., from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., with early-bird hours 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The Nifty Thrifty Market is designed to bring together a diverse mix of artisans, thrift sellers, up-cyclers, and boutique-style vendors for a fun shopping experience.

“If you’re looking to de-clutter a little, apply for a vendor booth at the community Nifty Thrifty Market! It is a great way to spring clean and support the Maumee Senior Center at the same time,” said Malinda Ruble, executive director of the Maumee Senior Center. “We’re excited to welcome vendors who bring creativity, passion, and personality to their work.”

“Whether you have vintage items or thrifty yard sale finds, the Nifty Thrifty Market is the place to be,” Ruble continued.

Vendor opportunities include:

  • Vintage & thrift sellers: Clothing, accessories, décor, collectibles, and curated gently-used secondhand goods
  • Artisans & makers: up-cycled, handmade home items and decor, jewelry, and art

Reasons to become a vendor:

  • High-traffic, community-centered event
  • Affordable booth fees
  • Indoor/outdoor setup options
  • Marketing and promotion included
  • Opportunity to connect with shoppers who value sustainability and thriftiness

Vendor spaces are limited, and early application is encouraged. Interested vendors can apply at www.maumeeseniorcenter.com or by calling 419-893-1994 for more details.
