Sam M. Jay 25, of Bradner, Ohio passed away on October 20, 2026. Sam was born in Sandusky, OH on July 11, 2001 to Steven Jay and Holly Jay Robbins. He later became a member of the 2019 graduating Class at Eastwood High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University in 2023.
Sam enjoyed creating various types of art, such as drawing and crocheting, and frequently crafted gifts for others. He loved reading, roller coasters, dogs, and ducks. Deeply thoughtful and kind-hearted, Sam always believed in doing the right thing. Above all, it was spending time with friends and family that he enjoyed the most.
Sam is survived by his father, Steve Jay, of Bradner, mother, Holly Jay Robbins of Pemberville, brothers: Simon Jay, Cory Jay, and sister, Kristi Jay. Paternal grandmother Sandra Jay of Fremont, maternal grandfather Leland Oswalt of Bellefontaine, and numerous aunts and uncles. Sam was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, William Jay and maternal grandmother.
