Sally Blair, 83, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away on Wednesday July 9, 2025. She was born September 19, 1941 in Bowling Green to the late Vane and Norma (Bowerman) Musser. She married William Blair on June 20, 1964.
Sally was a graduate of Bowling Green High School, and obtained her bachelor degree from Bowling Green State University. Sally was a kindergarten teacher at Ridge Street School who also taught Headstart, and went on to work for many years as the director of the Northwest Ohio Educational Television Foundation. Sally was recently recognized as a fifty year member of P.E.O. She was an active member of the BGSU President’s Club, Falcon Flames, the Falcon Club, the Wood County Hospital Guild, Breakfast Buddies, and the Bowling Green Country Club, as well as being a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church.
In her free time, Sally loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed traveling to Florida, on cruises, and going on family vacations.
Sally is survived by her husband, William Blair, daughter Angie (Rob) Chambers of Beavercreek, Ohio, son Colby (Lori) Blair of Liberty Township, Ohio and grandchildren Kathryn Chambers, Madison Blair, Karyn Chambers, Morgan Blair, and step-grandchildren Megan Chambers and Jared Chambers of Dayton, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her son, Anthony Blair, brother Richard Musser, and grandson Justin.
Visitation will be held at First United Methodist Church located at 1526 E. Wooster St. in Bowling Green on Saturday August 23, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
Memorial contributions may be given in her memory to the BGSU Alumni Association.
