Weston man arrested for menacing after allegedly threatening JFS employee

A Weston man was arrested for menacing and ordered to not trespass on Wood County Job and Family Services property after he allegedly threatened to kill an employee there.

Bowling Green Police Division was called Wednesday (Aug. 20) around 11:52 a.m. to the agency in the 1900 block of East Gypsy Lane Road.

An employee reported that Cody Froman, 31, Weston, made multiple threats about taking off with his children from their mother, and allegedly threatened to drive his car through the agency and kill the employee. Staff at the agency provided police with a voicemail of the threats.

Froman was charged and taken to Wood County Jail.
