Darlene Faye (Klostermeier) Weaver, 74, of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on July 25, 1951, in Toledo, Ohio, to Arnold and Naomi Kostermeier, Darlene grew up with a love for life, family and fun. She married the love of her life, Roger Weaver. Together, they shared 56 wonderful years of marriage, building a family and a legacy filled with joy, laughter and devotion.

Darlene was a beloved wife, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and GG. She will always be remembered for her playful spirit, her big heart, and the way she made everyone around her feel special. She loved sports, cherished holidays, delighted in butterflies and poems, and never turned down a card or board game with the kids. Many of her happiest years were spent camping with family, and her love for togetherness shone brightest during Christmastime- when she put on the most magical celebrations that her family will never forget.

Darlene had a gift for being fun and a little bit crazy in the best ways- spoiling her family with love, laughter and memories that will last forever.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her nephew Timmy, and many dear family members and friends who welcomed her home.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Roger; her siblings Kim, Wanda, Terry, Bonnie, and Don; her children Ken and Sandy Weaver; her cherished grandchildren Paige and Casey Cameron, Kelsey and Lee Warren, Presley and Justin Biddle, Brady and Brogan; and her precious great-grandchildren Pari, Parker, Watson, Carter, Casey, Keaton, Stella, Cooper and Elliot.

Darlene’s legacy lives on through the family she adored and the joy she spread to everyone blessed to know her.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home located in the Historical District of Bowling Green Funeral Home at 408 W. Wooster St. 43402.
