The Bowling Green Human Relations Commission (HRC) has announced the opening of its grants application window. This initiative underscores the city’s commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and positive human relations within our community.
The HRC will award grants of $250 or more to support events or projects that align with its mission. Applications are now being accepted and must be submitted by Dec. 31.
Interested applicants can find the grant application form here https://bit.ly/HRCSponsorshipApp.
“These grants are a symbol of our community’s dedication to creating opportunities that celebrate diversity and build stronger human connections,” said Lindsay Jo Durham, chair of HRC. “We encourage organizations and individuals with impactful ideas to apply.”
The HRC will review applications during its January meeting, with recipients selected through a voting process. Grants will be announced at a future Bowling Green City Council meeting, where awardees will have the opportunity to share their vision for their projects with the community.
