Wood County prosecutor’s office announces winners of kids calendar contest

The Wood County prosecutor’s office held a safety kids calendar contest open to all Wood County school students in grades 5 – 8.

An awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 9 a.m., at the Wood County Courthouse Office Building on the fifth floor. The winners will receive their prize packs and have their photos taken. The winners, family, friends, and school officials are invited to attend the ceremony.

Monthly winners will have their art featured as a month and receive a $25 gift card from Prosecutor Paul Dobson. The grand prize winner will receive a $50 gift card and will be announced at the ceremony.

  • Jessie Sherman, Grade 6, Eastwood Middle School
  • Anne Johnson, Grade 6, Eastwood Middle School
  • Ava Miller, Grade 8, Eastwood Middle School
  • Susana Sanchez, Grade 8, Lake Middle School
  • Tanner Huddleston, Grade 7, Otsego Junior High
  • Brooklyn Jeremy, Grade 7, Otsego Junior High
  • Dempsey Dotts, Grade 6, Otsego Junior High
  • Dalton Nickel, Grade 8, Otsego Junior High
  • Clara Charnesky, Grade 8, Otsego Junior High
