The City of Bowling Green is notifying BG Transit riders of an upcoming change to the service phone number, effective Friday, Jan. 2, 2026. The existing phone number will remain valid and active until that date.
Beginning Friday, Jan. 2, riders should call the new BG Transit number at 419-419-5001 for all transit scheduling and service inquiries. Passengers are encouraged to update their contact information to continue accessing BG Transit services without interruption.
