City of BG and BG Chamber announce ‘State of the City Address’

The City of Bowling Green, in partnership with the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and its Governmental Affairs Project Team, will present the 2026 State of the City Address on Thursday, Feb. 19, in the Veterans Memorial Building in City Park, 520 Conneaut Ave.

Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. with the address beginning at 8 a.m. This event is free and open to the public. Coffee and a light snack will be provided courtesy of event sponsors Bowling Green Economic Development and Biggby Coffee.

This year’s address will feature remarks from Mayor Mike Aspacher on projects the City of Bowling Green undertook in 2025, as well as developments to come in 2026.
