From DESTINATION TOLEDO
Destination Toledo has announced that Coffee Quest 419, the coffee trail in the Toledo region, will return March 14 – June 14. The 2026 quest will feature 29 local businesses across 31 participating locations, including four new participants: Common Grounds, Jamii Café, House of Coffee, and Earnest Brew Works at The Wheelhouse.
“We have several new shops this year that we think participants will be really excited about,” said Tessa Lackey with Destination Toledo. “These locations are fairly new to Toledo’s coffee scene and each brings something unique to the quest.”
As is tradition, Coffee Quest 419 will feature a new theme. This year’s theme, “Celebrating Coffee,” appreciates the tools of the craft, the people who make it, and of course, the coffee. The design is inspired by cut paper collage featuring coffee tools and elements, created by local designer Allison Blankenship.
Prizes are intended to be collected cumulatively over the course of the quest’s three months. The 2026 lineup includes a Coffee Quest 419 sticker sheet, a “Drink Local Coffee” patch, and an exclusive Coffee Quest 419 T-shirt, printed by sponsor Jupmode.
“We decided to create a sticker sheet to complement the collage-inspired theme so participants can create their own Coffee Quest 419 collage using the individual icons,” added Lackey. “We hope people have fun with it and share their unique collages with us on social media.”
Additionally, those who check in at 29 shops will be automatically entered into a raffle to win one of three locally-themed coffee baskets. Raffle winners will be announced after the conclusion of the quest.
Those looking to take an eco-friendly approach can purchase a reusable Coffee Quest 419 travel mug at select participating locations. The mugs were customized locally by sponsor Lightbeam Laser.
Participants can sign up for their free digital passport at VisitToledo.org/CoffeeQuest419. The passport, powered by Bandwango, will go live Saturday, March 14, and allows coffee lovers to check-in using unique QR codes at each location.
