ODOT to host public meeting about I-475 widening project in Perrysburg

The proposed project would widen I-475 between the U.S. Route 24 interchange and the Interstate 75 junction, reconfigure the interchange with U.S. 24, and modify the interchange with I-75.

The Ohio Department of Transportation District 2 invites the public to attend an open house regarding a feasibility study to widen Interstate 475 between U.S. 24 and Interstate 75, and reconfigure interchanges at Route 24 and I-75, in Maumee and Perrysburg

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21, from 5 – 7 p.m., at Perrysburg Junior High School, 550 E. South Boundary St.

ODOT is proposing this project to reduce traffic congestion and improve safety along the I-475 corridor. The proposed project would widen I-475 between the Route 24 interchange and the I-75 junction, reconfigure the interchange with Route 24, and modify the interchange with I-75.

The public is invited to attend the open house meeting and provide feedback regarding the recommended preferred alternative. Comments regarding the project may be submitted at the meeting, on the project website through the comment submittal form, or by direct contact at the methods listed below. Comments received by Monday, May 25, will be included in the official project documentation, but all comments will be accepted at any time.
