The Wood County Planning Commission will hear a request Tuesday evening (July 7) to rezone approximately 39 acres adjacent to the Meta data center project in Middleton Township.
A. Schaller Limited Partnership has submitted an application to rezone the parcel from an A-1 Agricultural zoning classification to an M-1 Industrial zoning classification.
The application states that the applicant is in contract with Liames LLC to sell the subject parcel and that Liames LLC intends to use the parcel for construction parking. The parcel is located north of Ohio 582 on the east side of Ohio 25. (See attached map. The parcel to be rezoned is outlined in red.)
The planning commission meeting at 5:30 p.m., will be held on the fifth floor of the Wood County Office Building in Bowling Green.
