Bowling Green State University will host a series of Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) informational sessions for the community to help students and families navigate the FAFSA application process.
The free, 30-minute sessions will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13 and will include tips on how to fill out the FAFSA application and how to overcome common hurdles. The two remaining sessions will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17 and Tuesday, Dec. 8.
Participants can register for the presentation and submit questions using the in-app chat feature.
The 2021-2022 FAFSA application is now open. In order to qualify for federal financial aid, students are required to fill out the FAFSA every year. To qualify for maximum financial aid, students are required to complete the FAFSA by Jan. 15, 2021.
