Update as off 2:01 p.m.: Route is back open.
The Ohio State Highway patrol is telling drivers to seek alternate route and avoid I-475 westbound between Corey and Talmadge.
The patrol is on the scene of multiple crashes and needs to decrease traffic volume in order to get the roadway clear.
