Sand Ridge Road is closed between Mitchell Road and Wintergarden Road, in Bowling Green. A utility pole was broken due to a car accident, leaving hanging wires on the scene.
Bowling Green Electric Division crews are on the scene this morning to replace the utility pole. It is anticipated that the road will reopen around 1 p.m. today (March 10).
According to Bowling Green Police Division, the driver of the vehicle was not injured in the crash.
