Gary Franklin Dennis, 72 of Lemoyne, OH, passed away at Saint Charles Hospital in Oregon, OH on Sunday morning, August 27, 2023, one day short of his 73rd birthday. He was born on August 28, 1950 to Marion and Juanita (Phillips) Dennis in Perrysburg, OH.
Gary worked in various capacities, he first worked at LOF, was self-employed as a truck driver, worked in maintenance at BGSU and drove a mini-bus for WSOS before he finally retired. Gary enjoyed being outdoors, golfing, and fishing. He also enjoyed working on cars and old tractors. His greatest joy remained his family, especially his granddaughters.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Scott) Kaminski of Pemberville, dear friend, and mother of his children, Carol Dennis of Lemoyne. Granddaughters: Brandi Loeffler, and Brianna Patterson. Sister, Lori (Tim) Hepler. Nieces and Nephews: Grant, Rhea and Hunter as well as other numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Timothy Dennis and sister, Sherry Katakis.
There are no public services at this time. The family is planning a Celebration of Gary’s Life at a later date to be announced.
