Now is everyone’s chance to take a guided tour of the many historic areas of the Downtown Bowling Green Special Improvement District while riding on a 14-seat party bike that consists of 10 pedaling seats and two back bench seats that can seat four people.
Bowling Green Pedal Company will provide the driver, and local historians, Geoff Howes and Dick Martin, will be guides on the tour. These tours are offered to honor Historic Preservation Month in May.
The tour includes approximately 90 minutes of curated Bowling Green history, and new routes include East Wooster, College Drive, and North and South Main streets.
The tours will be offered on:
- Saturday, May 9, at 1:15 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 20, at 7 p.m.
- Sunday, May 24, at 1:15 p.m.
- Sunday, June 7, at 1:15 p.m.
Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early.
