Judith (Judy) Schooner, age 84, of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 13th, 2026.
Judy was born on September 30, 1942, to her parents, Lester and Mildred Schooner. She was a graduate of Bowling Green High School. Following high school, Judy went on to proudly serve her country in the United States Army’s Women’s Corps (WAC) in the 1960s, training at Fort Ritchie, Maryland, as a communications specialist during the early Vietnam advisory mission.
She is survived by her children: Shawn Sutton, Erica (Tim) Hayes, Denton (Tonya) Sutton, and Elizabeth (Scott) McLeod. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren: Tim Hayes, Chloe Sutton, Christopher Sutton, and Cecilia Sutton.
Judy’s memory will live on in the hearts of her loving family and friends.
