The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs project team will host its annual legislative update forum on Friday, Aug. 14, in the Wood County Job & Family Services Multipurpose Room, 1928 E. Gypsy Lane Road. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. for networking, with the program beginning at 8 a.m. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided by Call of the Canyon Café and Catering.
The program will feature legislative updates from State Senator Theresa Gavarone and State Representative Haraz Ghanbari, followed by a Q&A session addressing questions submitted by constituents through the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce.
Due to the support of BG Gas & Express Mart, a video recording of the program will be available on the chamber’s website following the event.
Attendees may submit questions when registering online through Friday, Aug. 7. Reservations for the event must be made by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12. To register and submit questions, visit bgchamber.net/rsvp.
The legislative update forum will be facilitated by Brandon Hemminger, administrator at St. Clare Commons, who serves as an active member of the chamber’s Governmental Affairs project team.
