Black Swamp fest Saturday music line up

Toronzo Cannon will peerform on the Main Stage of the Black Swamp Arts Festival, Saturday, Sept. 12

Touring issues with two acts has led to changes in the Black Swamp Arts Festival’s Saturday, Sept. 12, Main Stage line up.

The blues rock Shane Guerrette Band will perform at 4:30 p.m.and award-winning Chicago bluesman, Toronzo Cannon will  perform at 8 p.m.

They replace originally scheduled performers Brother Wallace and Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears.

Cannon is considered on the cutting edge of today’s contemporary blues scene and is known as one of the genre’s most creative artists with his richly detailed, truth-telling original songs, blistering, inventive guitar work, and impassioned vocals.

Shane Guerette will perform on the BSAF Main Stage Saturday at 4 p.m.

Influenced by classic soul and roots rock, Shane Guerrette Band has only just begun to craft his retro-flavored sound. Three self-produced three albums since 2022 have created buzz for this up-and-coming act.
