Michael Lee Kuhlman, 80, of North Baltimore, died on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at his residence. He was born on December 11, 1945, in Findlay to the late Ned and Mary (Phillips) Kuhlman. He married Diane Rider and they were divorced. He later married Terie Trout and they divorced.
Mike is survived by his son, Jeff Kuhlman of North Baltimore; daughter, Abbie Murray of Cygnet; grandchildren: Landon Murray, Nellie Murray and Piper Murray; brothers: James (Celina) Kuhlman of North Baltimore and David (Louise) Kuhlman of Cygnet; and his beloved dog, Urban.
Mike retired from Whirlpool Corporation and proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the North Baltimore American Legion Post 539.
An avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan, Mike especially enjoyed attending games and cheering on his favorite team. He was an enthusiastic collector of cars and guns and enjoyed traveling throughout the years, with the Outer Banks of North Carolina being a favorite destination. Mike also enjoyed staying active by playing golf, volleyball, and softball.
Above all, Mike treasured his family. One of his greatest joys was supporting his grandchildren and attending their sporting events.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 14, 2026, in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore, where full military rites will be conducted by the North Baltimore American Legion Post 539.
Arrangements are being handled by SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore.
