Free speech, language, and hearing screenings to take place at library

Wood County District Public Library

From WOOD COUNTY DISTRICT PUBLIC LIBRARY

Reading and language development are missions the Wood County District Public Library and the BGSU Speech and Hearing Clinic share. Because of this connection, the two organizations are collaborating to bring speech, language, and hearing screenings to the community.

The event will take place at the Wood County District Public Library on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Children ages 3 to 6 years old can be registered for a 20-minutes session. Each screening covers all three areas of development, and each child should be registered separately. To register a child for the free screening, call the Children’s Place at 419-352-8253.
