Mary A. Wittenmyer, 93, of Rudolph passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019. She was born on November 15, 1925 to the late Lincoln and Dorothy (Ferguson) Osborn in Bowling Green. She married Carl Wittenmyer on June 8, 1948 and they were married for 57 years before he passed away on May 2, 2006.
Mary is survived by her daughters: Carol (David) Henschen of Defiance; Susan Pierce of Weston; Pamela (Barry) Sams of Weston; sons: Donald (Betty) Wittenmyer of Rudolph; Eddie (Linda) Wittenmyer of Delta; Robert Wittenmyer of Rudolph; Franklin Wittenmyer of Custar; 17 grandchildren & 28 great-grandchildren. Along with her parents and husband, Mary was preceded in death by a son: Carl Wittenmyer Jr.; brother: Albert Osborn; sisters: Helen Culp and Lillian Donley; son-in-law: Don Pierce; and a great-grandson Carl Wittenmyer IV.
Mary and Carl ran the Rudolph Market from 1972 to 1990. Mary enjoyed gardening and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bowling Green. She will be dearly missed.
A Graveside Service for Mary will be on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:30 AM at Rudolph Cemetery in Rudolph, Ohio.
