Wood County sees 311 new COVID cases, 13 hospitalizations since Monday

Wood County has reported 311 new COVID cases, and 13 new hospitalizations since Monday, according to today’s report from the Wood County Health Department.

That brings the total for the county to 15,266 cases, 236 deaths, and 724 hospitalizations from COVID.

Wood County is seeing an average of 67 new COVID cases each day.

During the last two weeks, the 729 COVID cases in the county broken down into ZIP Code areas show that all areas of the county are affected. The highest number of cases in the last two weeks were reported in Bowling Green, 184; BGSU campus, 64; Perrysburg, 163; North Baltimore, 51; Northwood, 45; Walbridge, 37; and Rossford, 27.
