Wood County Health Department has reopened its main lobby entrance starting today, Aug. 4, following the completion of a renovation project at 1840 E. Gypsy Lane Road.
The renovations bring together all public services under one roof with improved access through the main entrance.
Since May 27, clients have been directed to alternate entrances while construction was underway. With the project complete, all public services—including WIC, Vital Statistics, Environmental Health, and the Community Health Center—will again be accessible through the main front entrance.
Signs will be updated to reflect the change, and staff will be available to assist visitors as needed.
The mission of Wood County Health Department is to prevent disease, promote healthy lifestyles and protect the health of everyone in Wood County.
