The Bowling Green High School Boys Cross Country Team has won the OHSAA State Cross Country Championship, and the BGHS Girls Cross Country Team placed eighth in the state.
The community is being asked to pack the high school parking lot and give the student-athletes a championship welcome when they return home later today – Saturday (Nov. 7.)
Families, fans and community members are encouraged to line up in the high school parking lot to cheer on the athletes as they arrive home from Columbus.
The time of their arrival is not yet known, but will be shared when available.
