Colten J Schroeder

Colten Jeffery Schroeder, loving son, brother, grandson and friend, age 22, of Bowling Green, OH passed away unexpectedly on April 6, 2022. He was born on May 24, 1999, in Toledo, OH to Jeffery and Tiffanie (Kratz) Schroeder. Colten was a 2017 graduate of Eastwood High School, and a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Bowling Green, OH.

Colten was a kind and gentle soul. He was loved by many, radiating kindness, patience, and calm. Proving that you do not need to be the loudest in the room to stand out. He was mindful of the world around him and sought to gain spiritual understanding of it. He enjoyed basketball, nature, working-out and especially listening to new music everyday. His biggest joy in life was being an avid gamer. Colten had the passion and love for gaming that made him very successful at it. The gaming community was his second family.

Left to cherish Colten’s memory and radiant smile are his parents, Jeffery and Tiffanie (Kratz) Schroeder, siblings, Barton Schroeder, Chelsea (Joseph Seedorf) Schroeder, Corinne Schroeder and Siera Schroeder, grandfather, Barton J. Schroeder, aunt Linda (Carl) Blaesing, and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Marion and Gene Winters and Donald J. Kratz, paternal grandmother, Nadine Schroeder, and aunts, Kay Kratz and Liesa Radford.
