The 38th Annual Creative Writing Contest of the Women’s Club of Bowling Green is accepting entries of prose and poetry from students in grades 1-12 or their equivalent.  The deadline is Tuesday, March 17.

Materials have been distributed to schools in Bowling Green, but Homeschoolers are encouraged to participate.  Information is available in the Children’s Place at the Wood County Public Library. If a classroom is not participating, and a student wants to participate, they, too, may enter at the library.  Only one piece per student and include name, school and teacher if applicable, grade level or equivalent, and contact information.

Questions may be directed to Kathy East, 419-654-0373 or Carole Sarkan, 419-262-5790, contest coordinators.
