Steven Andrew Michelsen, 56, of Columbus, Ohio passed away June 11, 2019. Steven was born on October 25, 1962 in Bowling Green, Ohio to Andrew and Glorendina (Polzin) Michelsen.Steven is survived by his parents; sisters: Becky Moore of Sylvania Township; Cindy Miller of Maumee, Ohio; Heidi (Lane) Hakel of Bowling Green, Ohio; and Victoria Blaesing of Columbus; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Steven was a 1981 Bowling Green High School graduate and earned his Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering from DeVry University. He was employed at the Eddie Bauer Warehouse and was also a sous chef. Steven enjoyed painting, astronomy, reading, and photography.
Visitation for Steven will be held on Friday, June 14, 2019 from 9:30 AM until the time of his funeral service at 10:30 AM in the Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home & Crematory, 1460 W. Wooster Street/ P.O. Box 648, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Interment will immediately follow in Wood County Memory Gardens.
