Those needing absentee ballots need to act immediately to get them

If you have not yet voted, the deadline for absentee ballots is Tuesday April 28. 

Please request an absentee ballot TODAY. 

There are 3 ways to do it:
go to VoteOhio.gov and fill in the request form.

print the request form from VoteOhio.gov and mail it right away

You may also make your own request form. 

The information needed is:

  • Requesting an absentee ballot for the March 17th Ohio primary election      
  • Full Name   
  • Date of birth   
  • County 
  •  Address at which you are registered to vote   
  • Mailing address if it’s different from registration address   
  • Ohio driver’s license number or Ohio state ID number or last 4 digits of your social security number   
  • Whether you want a Democratic, Republican, Libertarian, or Issues Only ballot   
  • Sign and date
  • Mail your request form to the Wood County Board of Elections   1 Courthouse Square   Bowling Green OH  43402 or you may drop it in the drop box outside the County Office Building.

Once you receive your ballot and fill it out, it must be postmarked by April 27 or it may be dropped off at the Wood County Board of Elections by 7:30 p.m. on April 28.
