From WOOD COUNTY DISTRICT PUBLIC LIBRARY
The community is invited to help build the library’s future by joining the Wood County District Public Library (WVDPL) to support the “Securing Our Future” campaign on Saturday, March 14, from 10 a.m. – noon, at the Bowling Green library. Anonymous donors will match the first $2,500 in campaign donations on that day, doubling the impact of each person’s gift.
Everyone who donates to the campaign during this event in-person or online will be entered into a raffle for a prize basket, and their name will be added to the WCDPL Securing Our Future bookshelf. There will also be crafts, snacks, and Preschool Stories & Play.
The Securing Our Future campaign funds will help WCDPL provide things like storytime, speakers, technology help, and more for years to come. Each person’s support will help the library remain a community cornerstone for years to come.
