Nicholas A. Ryan, 60, residing in Bowling Green, OH and formerly of Sandusky, passed away, Friday, February 27, 2026, in Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green.
He was born in Sandusky on May 25, 1965 and received his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
He was employed by Rite Aid in Bowling Green until their closing and then was presently working for T.J. Maxx.
Nick was a collector of comic books, an avid reader of historical things and true crime.
He is survived by his mother, Delores Ryan; sisters, Erica Ryan and Stacy Ryan, three nephews, Cameron, Reece, and Vincent.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael E. Ryan.
At his request cremation will take place and no visitation or services will be held at this time.
The family would like to thank the individuals who helped Nick when he collapsed on the sidewalk in Bowling Green, your help and kindness will not be forgotten.
