On Thursday, April 23, at 7:30 p.m., the Music Business Technology students from Owens Community College will present the final concert of the 10th annual, 2025-26, Accent on the Arts concerts, featuring Chloe and the Steel Strings.
Chloe and the Steel Strings is a soul-stirring Americana band that weaves dreamy melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and vintage tones into a sound that feels both timeless and alive.

Accent on the Arts is a free concert series designed, booked, promoted, and presented by Music Business Technology students. The concert will be in the 526-seat Mainstage Theatre in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts at 7270 Biniker Road, Perrysburg.
