From BOWLING GREEN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
ACT*BG, a project team of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, is now accepting applications from local nonprofit organizations interested in becoming the beneficiary of proceeds raised through its annual slate of fun and engaging community events.
ACT*BG (Active, Creative, and Talented – Bowling Green) brings together emerging leaders to plan exciting social events that make a positive impact. Over the years, the team has raised funds for several local causes through signature events such as The Amazing Race BG, Winter Wonderland Live Tree Silent Auction, Christmas Elves and more.
Who Should Apply?
ACT*BG is looking for a nonprofit partner that aligns with the values and mission of their team and the greater community. Eligible organizations must demonstrate a local impact and show transparency, accountability, and a clear plan for how funds will be used to benefit residents of Bowling Green and the surrounding area.
Application Guidelines:
When evaluating applicants, ACT*BG considers:
- The clarity and alignment of the nonprofit’s mission
- Size and scope of the organization
- Impact of the proposed project or use of funds
- The organization’s local engagement and visibility
- Measurable goals and outcomes
How to Apply:
Organizations interested in being considered must complete a short application available at ACT BG Charity Submission. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
