Andre Varela, 24, of Bowling Green passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
Andre was born May 11, 1994 in Bowling Green. He is survived by his mother: Amanda (Kiel) Varela of Bowling Green; father: Gabriel Varela of Haskins; brothers: Gavin Varela stationed in Hawaii; and Austin Varela stationed in Japan; grandparents: Esequiel (Alma) Varela Jr. of Bowling Green; Dave (Cindy) Wichman of Bowling Green; Mike (Stacey) Kiel of Perrysburg; and a large number of aunts, uncles and cousins. Andre was preceded in death by his great grandmother Mary Varela.
Andre attended Otsego High School. He enjoyed skateboarding, listening to music and working out. He also enjoyed drawing and aspired to be a tattoo artist. He loved caring for Chico & Plex, his dogs, which he called his “babies”.
Visitation for Andre will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1460 W. Wooster Street/ P.O. Box Bowling Green, Ohio, 43402. Tele: 419:352-2171. with a Vigil Service at 6:30 PM. Andre’s Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME REMEMBRANCE CHAPEL. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Bowling Green, Ohio.
