The Bowling Green Planning Commission took steps Wednesday evening to allow Dr. Vicki Frobose, veterinarian with Town and Country Animal Health Care, to relocate and expand her business.
The planning commission voted to recommend City Council approve an annexation request for 1.52 acres on South Dunbridge Road, between Napoleon Road and East Gypsy Lane Road. The commission also recommended that the interim zoning be changed from agricultural to innovation and employment zoning.
A public hearing will be scheduled for another 1.57 acres just to the south of the 1.52 acres, because Frobose also requested that property be changed to the innovation and employment zoning classification.
Town and Country Animal Health Care is presently located in Greenwood Centre, on East Wooster Street in Bowling Green.
