Annual Race for Grace to support grieving parents during pregnancy and infant loss

Sufficient Grace Ministries is working to increase awareness and support grieving parents during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month in October.

As part of that support, Sufficient Grace Ministries is holding its 9th annual Race for Grace at the organization’s office, located at 407 S. Stearns Ave., Deshler, on Saturday, Oct. 5, beginning at 9 a.m.

This run/walk will help benefit Sufficient Grace Ministries, a local non-profit organization that provides perinatal hospice and bereavement services, memory-making items, support, and other resources to families facing pregnancy or infant loss. When a parent faces the unthinkable loss, the organization provides resources and support free of charge to families throughout Ohio and all over the world.

Individuals from all over the state will gather at the walk to share in a time of remembrance for babies and children with brief lives. The Race for Grace consists of a 5K Race, a one-mile PAIL Remembrance Walk, and a short Kid’s Fun Run.

Details of the event are located at https://runsignup.com/Race/OH/Deshler/RaceforGracePAILRemembranceRunWalk.
