Since its inception in 2001, “Come to the Stable” has also served as a drop-off center for dry and canned food donations to benefit the BG Christian Food Pantry. Attendees are invited to bring a gift of food to help support local families and share the peace and goodwill of the season.
Amidst the business of the holidays, “Come to the Stable” aims to offer a quiet, thoughtful space to experience the peace of the first Christmas. From traditional American nativities to sets from around the world, each display invites visitors to reflect on the message of peace that Christmas brings.
