The Community Improvement Committee of Bowling Green City Council will meet on Thursday, Nov. 30, at 6 p.m., in the Council Chamber located in the City Administrative Services Building, 305 N. Main St. Council will discuss the following proposed legislation:
· Ordinance #9139 amending and adopting section 70.40(C)(1)(g), (C)(2) and (C)(4) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, regarding inoperable vehicles.
· Ordinance #9140 amending and adopting section 99.20(A) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green concerning noxious weeds; duty to cut.
· Ordinance #9141 Ordinance creating and adopting section 99.21 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green concerning managed natural landscape.
· Ordinance #9142 Ordinance creating and adopting chapter 159 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, concerning exterior property maintenance.
The purpose of the meeting is for council to discuss the ordinances listed above and receive public input.
