The City Council Committee of the Whole will hold a meeting on Monday, Aug. 1, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chamber located in the City Administrative Services Building, 304 N. Church St. The purpose of the meeting is for council to receive an update on the new City Administrative Services Building project. No action will be taken at this meeting.
