The Bowling Green Parks & Recreation Department has announced the return of its Parents Night Out program for fall/winter 2024. This exciting opportunity allows parents to spend a night out while their children, ages 5 to 12, participate in a variety of fun and engaging activities at the Bowling Green Community Center.

The Parents Night Out sessions will be held on select Friday evenings throughout the season, offering children an evening filled with games, arts and crafts, gym activities, and the Freedom Climber rotating climbing wall.

The program is scheduled to run from 5 to 9 p.m. on the following Fridays: Sept. 27, Oct. 11 and 25, Nov. 8 and 22, and Dec. 6 and 20.

Registration is limited to the first 20 children per session, and spots in the past have filled up quickly since the program’s introduction last year. Parents are encouraged to register early to secure their child’s spot.

The cost for each session is $12 per child for Bowling Green residents and $15 per child for non-residents. Register online at: https://buff.ly/3Po3QTj or call 419-354-6223.

Parents are reminded to ensure their children have eaten dinner before being dropped off for the program. While no food or snacks will be provided at the event, parents are welcome to send a snack with their child if needed.
