An 83-year-old Bowling Green woman with suspected serious injuries was transported by BG EMS to St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, after being stuck in a crosswalk on Saturday (Sept. 6) around 11 a.m.
A Dodge Ram, driven by Jordan Rodriguez, 20, Archbold, was stopped at a red light in the left turn lane of West Wooster and Church streets. When the light turned green, he reportedly turned left onto North Church Street, failing to yield to the pedestrian walking west in the marked crosswalk on West Wooster.
Rodriguez was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a marked crosswalk.
